Day 20 of 1461 days Trump will be in office.
Today’s Trump headlines underscore the breadth of areas in which Trump is looking to leave his mark or change to fit his thinking. Going into his second term, Trump made it clear his changes would be widespread, and he is staying true to those statements.

While not surprising, Trump’s move to put himself at the top of the Kennedy Center’s board is just another example of where he feels his presence should be felt. In his statement, Trump said, “At my direction, we are going to make the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., Great Again!” adding, “We will soon announce a new Board, with an amazing Chairman, Donald J. Trump.” The thought of Trump having any oversight on the programming of events held at the Kennedy Center is disturbing to say the least.
